C. Bushong

Relations: Harry C. Bushong is acting vice president and co-founded
nanoTox in Seeptember 2005. He helped form Sensio Partners,
Ltd. and spent the previous three years working for The Olmsted
Group. The group has five proprietary life science technologies;
efforts resulted in each currently having collaboration or
funding opportunity in the Netherlands either through government,
academic and or industry sources. Previous endeavors in the
Houston area include successful associations with Aurora Financial
Services, a small NASD broker dealer focused on the energy
sector. This focus was private equity for two specific clients:
1) Texas Commercial Resources, Inc. a private oil and gas
concern which was merged with Petrosearch Energy, Inc (PTSG).
Subsequently all non oil and gas assets have been divested
and spun off to shareholders as Texcom Resources; 2) Gexa
Energy, a Texas based retail electricity provider, recently
acquired by Florida based FPL Group, (NYSE: FPL). While in
Austin, he founded Wired Capital a private equity network
series that produced events for early stage investors to help
identify promising technological or industrial enterprises
in Austin, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Miami, New York and San
Francisco. Entrepreneurial efforts began in Austin, where
he helped transform a local SMGI anima company into one of
Austin's earliest streaming media concerns. Success was measured
based on bringing three rounds of investment and an international
management team to promote the business model. He also earned
his NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses while working for Prudential
Financial Services in Austin.
